For the fifth time in a row since we introduced our new feedback surveys in May 2023, we have been rating ‘excellent’ by the people we support!

No less than 100% people told us that they thought that we’re excellent, and that they would strongly recommend us.

Our Office Manager, Joseph, said: ‘We already know that we have an incredible bunch of people here at Teign Angels. And for us to have been rated “excellent” for the fifth consecutive time is a feat that we’re so pleased about.’

Through our internal quality assurance processes, we’ve also found that each person we have, on average, has 1 carer for every 3 visits each week. And we’re also very proud to have a 0% staff turnover rate in our care team for the last 18 months!

We’re so proud of our wonderful team of carers. They work tirelessly day in, day out, to go the extra mile for people.

Joseph said: ‘Whilst it is the fifth time we’ve been rated excellent, we don’t want to rest on our laurels. This is the first time where 100% of survey respondents have strongly agreed to all of our quality statements, so we’re currently looking at the trends and seeing what’s the most effective thing we’ve introduced over the past few years.

‘This will help us identify things we might want to consider in the future, as well as help us kick the tyres of our evaluation process for new ideas and initiatives. But to be at this level means that we know we’re living up to the high expectations we have for ourselves! Well done to all of my wonderful colleagues, I love working alongside them all!’
