High rates of pay
We pride ourselves on providing high rates of pay, with our weekend and evening pay rate being one of the highest pay rates in the area. These rates apply to your travel time as well, not just your care hours. And we pay double on all bank holidays and special days.
Teamwork
Everyone at Teign Angels works together as a team. Our directors carry out regular care shifts as part of their role, not just to cover absence. And our managers are always looking for your input and suggestions in how we can better support people.

Training
We deliver our training in-house, so that we can tailor it to the needs of the people we support, as well as to our staff’s individual learning styles.
Sophia, one of our directors, delivers most of our training. She is a qualified teacher, and has worked for many years training hundreds of carers across multiple companies. Joseph delivers a small amount of training, and has experience of leading sessions in secondary schools and Peer-Assisted Study Sessions (PASS) at university.
