We’re currently in the November 2025-April 2026 feedback cycle. We send feedback surveys to people we support every 6 months as standard. Here’s what people have told us since 1st November 2025:
- 100% of people rate their overall experience with us as ‘excellent‘
- 100% of people strongly agree that they feel treated with kindness, empathy, and compassion at all points in their experience with us, and they feel treated as an individual
- 100% of people strongly agree that they feel involved in the planning and delivery of their care and support, and that the support they receive is person-centred
- 100% of people strongly agree that they feel that there are enough suitably-trained and qualified staff to support them
- 100% of people strongly agree that they feel safe when we’re supporting them, and feel that we’re good at identifying risks to their health, safety, and wellbeing
- 100% of people strongly agree that our team are good at communicating with them in clear, concise methods that best suit each person we support
- 100% of people strongly agree that they are supported at regular times throughout the week, by a team who knows them and understands how they like things done

‘I can say Teign Angels certainly are true to their name, providing professional and supportive care, fulfilling all the points in the Care Package produced by the Occupational Therapists at the time of my mother’s discharge from the hospital.Each of the team have the skills and practical knowledge to engage with my mother with a friendly chat, putting a smile on her face; nothing is too much trouble. My mother (age 100+), because of her small frame, was having issues with the size of the commode chair initially issued following her discharge from hospital. The team actively pursued getting a more comfortable chair for her. A very caring company with good leadership, with quality staff who are reliable and always willing to do that bit extra to support my mother.’

‘After a long 10 year battle with Lewy Body Dementia we sadly lost a much loved parent who ultimately succumbed to this dreadful disease. However, the final year was made all the better, and all the more manageable when – just over 12 months ago – the well managed Teign Angels took over the daily Care Package. This required two to three visits, every day, from no less than two members of the Teign Angels Team. Without a shadow of doubt, Teign Angels are absolutely the Gold Standard in terms of professional Care. Every member of the team exhibits the same exceptionally high standards of professionalism, one that is balanced, in equal measure, by a very caring, punctual and conscientious approach to all that they do. Crucially, the team are also – invariably – very happy and upbeat people who bring with them a very welcome ray of sunshine along with every visit. You will not find better’
