There are many qualifications that set you in good stead to work in adult social care. There are T Levels, BTECs, Cambridge Technicals, and many more. You may also want to explore an apprenticeship. This means you will earn money whilst you study
You don’t need any qualifications to start working in adult social care. Employers will support you to get industry standard qualifications, live the Care Certificate or a Level 2 Diploma (previously known as NVQs)
